Study on the Temporary Wire Connection Method for a Three-phase Three-wire Electricity Meter under Single-phase Insurance Fuse Blowing

  • Aiming at the situation that the three-phase three-wire meter cannot be measured normally due to Single-phase fuse blown on the primary side of the voltage transformer, and the insurance cannot be replaced as soon as possible, a method of temporarily changing the wiring of the electric energy meter to realize the normal measurement of the electric energy is proposed. This method uses the existing normal voltage and current to achieve normal measurement of the electric energy meter without power outage. In practical application, it effectively prevents metering disputes arising from prolonged voltage loss of the electric energy meter. It also provides a feasible approach for handling voltage loss faults of electric energy meters.
