Dynamic Coordination Method for Orderly Power Use in the New Power System

  • Given the increasingly complex operating environment and supply-demand relationships in new power systems, traditional coordination methods struggle to achieve optimal orderly power consumption across time and space. Therefore, this paper proposes a dynamic coordination method for orderly power use in new power systems. A dynamic coordination model is constructed with the objective of minimizing overall power sales loss and user power-saving loss on orderly power consumption days. The model includes constraints such as node power balance and upper and lower limits on user power-saving load. The particle swarm optimization algorithm is employed to solve the model and realize dynamic coordination. Experimental results demonstrate that, compared to pre-coordination conditions, the proposed method significantly reduces over-threshold load fluctuations in the new power system, thereby verifying its reliability.
