Research on the Construction Pathway and Smart Carbon Management and Control Technology for Zero-carbon Parks

  • With the deepening implementation of China's "dual-carbon" strategy, zero-carbon parks, as important carriers for the low-carbon transformation of industrial clusters, have become prominent research focuses. Based on the "Eight Modernizations and Two Zones" concept, this paper systematically outlines the construction pathway for zero-carbon parks, encompassing building energy efficiency enhancement, proactive energy-saving and decarbonization, high-efficiency development and utilization of distributed energy, integration of green electricity from external sources, flexible and controllable power grids, intelligent and reliable distribution networks, smart electrical safety, and integrated source–grid–load–storage–charging systems. To address carbon management requirements during the operation phase, a dual time-scale low-carbon economic dispatch approach is proposed, combining day-ahead optimization with rolling optimization based on Model Predictive Control (MPC). An optimization model incorporating ladder-type carbon trading mechanisms and demand response is also established. Simulation results indicate that the proposed construction pathway and carbon management technologies can effectively reduce carbon emissions, providing both theoretical foundations and practical guidance for the realization of zero-carbon parks.
