Construction and Practice of Operational Strategies for Multi-Energy Complementary Projects in County-Level Self-Consumption Scenarios

  • Based on the investment-oriented positioning of the New Power Group, this paper conducts research on the operational strategies of multi-energy complementary projects to improve the efficiency of green energy business investment, address the challenges of small hydropower station dispatching and renewable energy consumption, and achieve a dual enhancement of safety and benefits. By constructing a wind-solar-hydro multi-energy complementary dispatching model and a dispatching strategy comparison model, this study pioneers the Total Time Complementarity Index (KTC) and proposes a dynamic switching strategy between "priority grid connection of wind and solar renewable energy" and "priority grid connection of hydropower". This approach effectively promotes the efficient implementation of multi-energy complementary projects, maximizes renewable energy consumption, and achieves a dual improvement in safety and benefits.
