Abstract
This study focuses on the clean heating transformation in Xining area, and deeply analyzes its impact on distribution network load characteristics and grid adaptability issues. By mining multi-source load monitoring data from 2021 to 2025 and using big data analysis methods, it clarifies the significant differences in the actual utilization rate of clean heating equipment under different statistical standards, reveals the complex interplay of seasonal changes and natural growth factors on household average load growth, and presents the trends of a slightly positive year-on-year growth in winter and a negative growth in the summer-winter comparison. Meanwhile, combined with the electricity consumption behavior characteristics and load fluctuation rules of typical users, it puts forward optimized suggestions for power grid planning adapted to Xining area, providing solid data support and decision-making basis for the extensive promotion of clean heating in plateau cities and the safe and stable operation of distribution networks.
