Design of an Intelligent Test Instrument for Circuit Breaker Anti-Jumping Function

  • The anti-jumping function can effectively prevent the circuit breaker from experiencing multiple "trip-close-trip-close" cycles, making it a crucial task in maintaining the system. However, traditional anti-jumping tests suffer from low efficiency and low first-time success rates, require numerous personnel, and fail to quickly identify fault locations, which significantly extends maintenance time. To address these issues, this paper introduces the innovative design of an intelligent test instrument for the circuit breaker anti-jumping function, focusing on the control module, sampling module, waveform display module, and power supply module. This instrument enables a "one-click" completion of the anti-trip function and monitors electrical information at key nodes. It provides intelligent diagnosis regarding the integrity of the anti-jumping function, as well as any potential defects or hazards. This assists maintenance personnel in rapidly pinpointing fault locations, reducing troubleshooting time, and enhancing overall maintenance efficiency.
