Safety Impact Assessment of Adjacent Metro Construction Using Full-Steel-Casing Rotary Drilling Piles

  • With the development of urban underground spaces, the influence of power infrastructure construction on adjacent metro systems has become a critical issue in urban development. This study evaluates the effectiveness of full-steel-casing rotary drilling piles in metro-adjacent construction. After systematically reviewing the fundamental principles and evolution of this technology, we elaborate on the working mechanism and advantages of full-steel-casing in rotary drilling pile construction. Considering the unique characteristics of metro construction environments, the study analyzes key influencing factors and associated challenges during construction. We developed a scientific impact assessment model, validating its accuracy and practicality through field data collection and analysis. Results demonstrate that the full-steel-casing technique can effectively mitigate risks to adjacent metro structures while enhancing both construction efficiency and safety. The study concludes by highlighting the practical significance of this technology for metro construction, providing valuable references for similar projects.
