Design of a High-Performance Intelligent Pump Based on AI Algorithm Control

  • To address issues such as low energy efficiency, lack of protection, and motor burnout in traditional pumps, this study designs a high-performance intelligent pump controlled by AI algorithms. A high-efficiency rare-earth permanent magnet motor is employed to reduce hysteresis losses, eddy current losses, and copper losses, thereby improving motor efficiency to 96%. An AI-based control box is developed, capable of automatic adjustment based on expert system and machine learning models. It enables variable-frequency control of pump operating modes and intelligent protection of operating conditions. The proposed pump demonstrates excellent safety, high reliability, and strong practicality, showing significant potential for market application.
