Abstract
With the large-scale integration of distributed generation, site selection and capacity determination are often made by project owners or investors, lacking a comprehensive and system-level perspective, which leads to adverse impacts on voltage, power supply quality, relay protection, planning and dispatching of the distribution network. This study, based on the operational boundaries and real-time operating conditions of 10 kV distribution networks, evaluates the capacity margins for distributed generation integration at each node of the pilot county-level distribution network. The results aim to provide technical guidance for the planning and construction of distributed generation and distribution networks.
