Design and Demonstration Application of Low VoltageDouble Power Supply Loop Detection Device

  • The article addresses the issue that during loop closing power transfer in low-voltage distribution network stations, different power sources cannot be directly connected. Currently, power must be cut off before closing the low-voltage interconnection switch, resulting in temporary power outages. There is an urgent need to develop a device capable of quickly determining whether dual power sources meet loop closing conditions—a dual-power loop closing detection device. By employing a loop closing algorithm to collect information such as voltage, frequency, phase, and phase angle, the device can automatically determine loop closing conditions, enabling seamless power transfer in low-voltage stations without customer awareness. Additionally, the device is designed to be mobile and portable, supporting one-to-multiple operations to reduce equipment investment.
