Economic Analysis of Hydrogen Energy Projects with Different Utilization Modes

  • This paper analyzes three hydrogen energy utilization methods, namely the coking - grey hydrogen - natural gas blending project, the distributed photovoltaic power curtailment - green hydrogen - boiler blending project, and the distributed photovoltaic power curtailment - green hydrogen - natural gas blending project. The economic efficiency of the project has been calculated, the impact of hydrogen prices and utilization of abandoned distributed photovoltaic electricity on project internal rate of return is analyzed. The paper provides reference for the development of distributed hydrogen energy in accordance with local conditions.
