Secondary Frequency Regulation Control Strategy for Power System Based on Fuzzy PID

  • Control strategies for secondary frequency regulation after power system disturbances include AGC, PI, and PID control, among others. Combining the characteristics of PID control and fuzzy control, fuzzy PID control strategy is proposed. A simulink model with unified generator swing equation, different tacho transfer functions and droop coefficients based on certain fuzzy rules is built. Study of system stability after perturbation under fuzzy PID control. This study examines the stability of the system under fuzzy PID control in response to disturbances and validates the feasibility of the proposed control strategy through simulations conducted in Simulink.
