Analysis of Safety Risks and Management Improvement Strategies for Power Distribution Network Projects Adjacent to Gas Pipelines

  • With the acceleration of urbanization, the increasing spatial overlap between power distribution network projects and gas pipeline construction has created significant safety challenges. This paper identifies major risk factors in such construction projects, including site survey accuracy, civil engineering operations, and mechanical equipment usage, and analyzes their potential impacts on personnel safety, environmental protection, and economic costs. Furthermore, it proposes management enhancement strategies such as clarifying safety responsibilities, optimizing risk prevention measures, and standardizing operational procedures. The study provides both theoretical support and practical guidance for safety management in co-existing construction projects involving power grids and gas pipelines.
