Abstract:
Taking Linyi City as the research object, this paper systematically analyzes the geographical distribution characteristics and emergency power supply pain points of villages prone to isolation in the Yimeng Mountain area, reviews the current equipment system and team construction status of emergency power supply guarantee, and proposes a framework for the emergency power supply guarantee system covering the entire process of "early warning—response—guarantee—recovery." Key technologies and guarantee strategies are provided from three dimensions: optimal allocation of mobile power sources, microgrid island operation, and government-enterprise collaboration mechanisms. The research shows that building a multi-level emergency power supply guarantee system centered on mobile generator vehicles, distributed energy storage, and village-level microgrids is an effective pathway to resolving the power supply challenges of villages prone to isolation in the Yimeng Mountain area under "three-breakdown" scenarios.
