新型脚扣防滑装置的研制

Development of a New Anti-slip Device for Pole Climbers

  • 摘要: 文章针对雨雪冰冻天气供电电杆登杆作业中脚扣滑移导致的效率低、高风险问题,基于QC活动成果研发了创新型脚扣防滑装置。装置创新采用“折叠棘爪锁定结构”,通过高强度不锈钢棘爪嵌入杆体冰层形成物理锚定,极大提升抓附力。经模拟及现场测试,滑移距离稳定控制在0.2~0.4 cm,且降低体力消耗。该装置成本低、普适性强,为解决极端天气登杆难题提供了有效方案。

     

    Abstract: To address the low efficiency and high risk caused by severe slippage of pole climbers, which ranges from 10 to 20 cm during pole and tower climbing operations on transmission lines in rainy, snowy, and freezing weather, an innovative anti-slip device for pole climbers is developed based on the results of quality control activities. The device adopts a foldable pawl locking structure. The high-strength stainless steel pawls are embedded into the ice layer on the pole surface to form physical anchoring, which significantly improves the gripping force. Simulation and field tests show that the slippage distance is stably controlled within 0.2 to 0.4 cm, and physical exertion is reduced. The device has low cost and strong applicability, providing an effective solution for pole climbing under extreme weather conditions.
