Abstract:
Aiming at reverse power flow and terminal voltage violation caused by high-penetration distributed photovoltaic access in low-voltage transformer areas, a voltage regulation method based on dynamic thresholds and hierarchical coordinated control is proposed. With voltage compliance, transformer safety, and photovoltaic accommodation as the objectives, the proposed method introduces a voltage sensitivity model, a dynamic reverse power flow threshold, and a minimum curtailment calculation method. Inverter reactive power regulation, energy storage active power absorption, and photovoltaic active power curtailment are coordinated to realize closed-loop voltage regulation. The case study shows that the method can reduce the peak reverse power flow and photovoltaic curtailment, improving the renewable energy accommodation capacity of low-voltage transformer areas.
