Abstract:
To address the current issues in the construction and operation of electric vehicle charging stations, such as high distribution network losses, poor user experience, long construction cycles, and high installation costs, this study employs a 24-pulse phase-shifting transformer based on the extended-triangle phase-shifting principle. By integrating liquid-cooling, thermal-management, and efficiency-optimization technologies, a pre-installed integrated power distribution and EV charging system was developed. The proposed system effectively suppresses harmonic interference and minimizes distribution losses, thereby enhancing power conversion efficiency and service reliability. Furthermore, its modular design streamlines on-site installation, accelerates commissioning, and significantly reduces overall capital expenditure, demonstrating considerable potential for widespread adoption.
