预装式配充一体化系统研究与设计

Research and Design of a Pre-installed Integrated Power Distribution and EV Charging System

  • 摘要: 针对当前电动汽车充电站建设以及运营中存在的配网损耗大、用户体验差、建设周期长、施工成本高等问题,文章使用了基于延边三角形移相原理的24脉波移相变压器,同时采用液冷及热管理和效率优化等技术,研发了将配电、充电集成在一起的预装式配充一体化系统,有效缓解了谐波干扰,降低了配网损耗,提高了充电效率和用户充电体验,同时简化了安装步骤,缩短了充电站的建设周期,降低了施工成本,具有广泛的应用前景。

     

    Abstract: To address the current issues in the construction and operation of electric vehicle charging stations, such as high distribution network losses, poor user experience, long construction cycles, and high installation costs, this study employs a 24-pulse phase-shifting transformer based on the extended-triangle phase-shifting principle. By integrating liquid-cooling, thermal-management, and efficiency-optimization technologies, a pre-installed integrated power distribution and EV charging system was developed. The proposed system effectively suppresses harmonic interference and minimizes distribution losses, thereby enhancing power conversion efficiency and service reliability. Furthermore, its modular design streamlines on-site installation, accelerates commissioning, and significantly reduces overall capital expenditure, demonstrating considerable potential for widespread adoption.
