基于智能控制网关的电力消防与视频融合联动技术研究

Research on Integrated Linkage Technology for Power Fire Protection and Video Surveillance Based on an Intelligent Control Gateway

  • 摘要: 当前电力系统运行与消防监管对实时感知、协同处置的需求日益突出,而电力调度、消防、视频3大系统长期分建分管,形成信息孤岛。文章提出可与视频监控集成系统实现事件深度联动的多源信息融合方案,在视频网络中引入数据双备份机制,提升关键录像的可靠性与可追溯性,可在不改动各主系统核心架构的前提下,逐步实现电力调度、消防与视频的协同联动。

     

    Abstract: The current operation and fire protection supervision of power systems increasingly require real-time perception and coordinated response. However, power dispatching, fire protection, and video surveillance systems are usually constructed and managed separately, resulting in significant information silos. This paper proposes a multi-source information fusion scheme that enables deep event linkage with the integrated video surveillance system. A dual data backup mechanism is introduced into the video network to improve the reliability and traceability of key video recordings. The proposed scheme gradually realizes coordinated linkage among power dispatching, fire protection, and video surveillance without changing the core architecture of each main system.
