Abstract:
The current operation and fire protection supervision of power systems increasingly require real-time perception and coordinated response. However, power dispatching, fire protection, and video surveillance systems are usually constructed and managed separately, resulting in significant information silos. This paper proposes a multi-source information fusion scheme that enables deep event linkage with the integrated video surveillance system. A dual data backup mechanism is introduced into the video network to improve the reliability and traceability of key video recordings. The proposed scheme gradually realizes coordinated linkage among power dispatching, fire protection, and video surveillance without changing the core architecture of each main system.
