光伏电站继电保护配置方案优化研究

Optimization of Relay Protection Configuration for Photovoltaic Power

  • 摘要: 文章对光伏电站主要电气设备的保护现状进行了分析,发现其存在选择性差、动作延时长的不足,提出了主变压器增配低压侧分支零序方向过流保护;集电线路主保护配置低电压闭锁延时的短延时方向电流速断保护、短延时零序电流速断保护;接地变增配零序方向过流保护的优化方案。分析及计算表明,该方案可提高系统的可靠性与选择性,有利于光伏电站经济运行。

     

    Abstract: This paper analyzes the existing protection configuration of major electrical equipment in photovoltaic power stations and identifies poor selectivity and long operating delays. It proposes an optimized scheme that adds zero-sequence directional overcurrent protection to the low-voltage-side branches of the main transformer. For collector lines, the scheme uses short-delay directional instantaneous overcurrent protection with undervoltage blocking and short-delay zero-sequence instantaneous overcurrent protection as the primary protection. It also adds zero-sequence directional overcurrent protection to the grounding transformer. Analysis and calculations show that the proposed scheme improves system reliability and protection selectivity and facilitates the economical operation of photovoltaic power stations.
