智能变电站继电保护压板状态在线核查与风险预警方法研究

Research on Online Verification and Risk Early Warning Methods for Relay Protection Platen Status in Smart Substations

  • 摘要: 针对智能变电站继电保护压板人工核查效率低、操作票审核凭经验、现场执行状态难闭环核验等问题,文章提出融合操作票智能审核、压板在线核查与风险预警的一体化方法。以保护定值单为依据,结合操作任务与现场初始状态,智能甄别操作票中压板条目漏错、重复及安全约束冲突等问题。审核通过后,依托YOLOv8s图像识别、位置传感及通信数据采集软硬压板实际状态,并与标准目标状态精准比对。通过规则引擎与加权评分实现风险预警,可有效区分票面疏漏与现场执行偏差,全面提升压板操作审核、现场核验及风险管控的闭环管控水平。

     

    Abstract: To address the low efficiency of manual verification of relay protection platen in smart substations, the reliance on experience in operation ticket review, and the difficulty of closed-loop verification of on-site execution status, this paper proposes an integrated method that combines intelligent operation ticket review, online pressing plate verification, and risk early warning. Based on the protection setting sheet, the operation task, and the initial on-site status, the method intelligently identifies omissions, incorrect items, repeated items, and safety constraint conflicts in pressing plate items in operation tickets. After an operation ticket is approved, YOLOv8s-based image recognition, position sensing, and communication data acquisition are used to collect the actual status of hard and soft platens and accurately compare it with the standard target status. A rule engine and weighted scoring are used to implement risk early warning, effectively distinguish ticket omissions from on-site execution deviations, and improve the closed-loop management level of pressing plate operation review, on-site verification, and risk control.
