厂用电切换过程继电保护协调性问题优化研究

Optimization of Relay Protection Coordination During Auxiliary Power Switching

  • 摘要: 厂用电切换过程中,电压波动、相位突变及负荷冲击等暂态特征易导致继电保护误动或拒动,影响供电可靠性。文章针对高压厂用变压器差动保护、过流保护、零序保护等在切换过程中存在的协调配合问题,提出差动与后备保护配合优化、过流保护时限分级配合、零序保护选择性协调及备自投与保护逻辑协调等优化方案。工程应用表明,优化方案有效降低了保护误动概率,提高了厂用电切换可靠性。

     

    Abstract: During auxiliary power switching, transient characteristics such as voltage fluctuations, phase shifts, and load impacts may cause relay protection misoperation or failure to operate, affecting power supply reliability. To address the coordination issues of high-voltage auxiliary transformer differential protection, overcurrent protection, and zero-sequence protection during the switching process, optimization schemes including differential and backup protection coordination, overcurrent protection time-delay coordination, zero-sequence protection selectivity coordination, and coordination between the automatic bus transfer device and protection logic are proposed. The proposed schemes effectively reduce the probability of protection misoperation and improve the reliability of auxiliary power switching.
