添加剂对变压器油绝缘性能影响的研究

Effect of Additives on the Dielectric Properties of Transformer Oil

  • 摘要: 文章分别探究了二甲基苯胺(DMA)、三氯乙烯(TCE)2种有机添加剂,以及SiO2、ZnO、Al2O3 3种无机纳米粒子添加剂对变压器油绝缘强度的影响。通过对变压器油的工频击穿电压、雷电冲击电压等指标进行测定,结果表明:在适宜配比条件下,2类添加剂均可有效提升变压器油的绝缘强度,其中ZnO纳米粒子的综合改性效果最优。

     

    Abstract: This paper investigates the effect of two organic additives, including dimethylaniline (DMA) and trichloroethylene (TCE), and three inorganic nanoparticle additives, including zinc oxide, silicon dioxide, and alumina, on the dielectric strength of transformer oil. The power frequency breakdown voltage and lightning impulse voltage of transformer oil are measured. The results show that both types of additives effectively improve the dielectric strength of transformer oil under appropriate mixing ratios, among which zinc oxide nanoparticles show the best overall modification effect.
