一起110 kV瓷套式电缆终端漏油发热缺陷分析

Analysis of an Oil-leakage and Heating Defect in a 110 kV Bushing-type Cable Terminal

  • 摘要: 文章以一起110 kV瓷套式电缆终端漏油发热缺陷为研究对象,结合带电检测技术,通过解体检查及应力锥材料检测,排除了材料本身引起缺陷的可能性;基于终端结构及漏油发热原理,系统分析了漏油发热缺陷的原因。研究发现,缺陷根源在于封铅工艺不良,导致电缆内部受潮,在长时间运行下产生局部放电,引起应力锥烧蚀并出现裂口,最终造成终端漏油发热问题。针对该问题,提出了加强设备全寿命周期管理、深化带电检测及在线监测技术应用等防范措施,为高压电缆施工质量管控及运维管理提供了重要技术参考。

     

    Abstract: Taking an oil-leakage and heating defect in a 110 kV bushing-type cable terminal as the research object, combining it with live detection technology, this study eliminates the possibility that the defect is caused by the material itself through disassembly inspection and stress cone material detection. Based on the terminal structure and the mechanisms of oil-leakage and heating, the causes of the oil-leakage and heating defect are systematically analyzed. The study reveals that the root cause of the defect is poor lead sealing workmanship, which leads to moisture ingress into the cable. During long-term operation, partial discharge is generated, resulting in ablation and cracks on the stress cone, and ultimately causing the oil-leakage and heating of the terminal. In view of this problem, preventive measures are put forward, including strengthening the full-life cycle management of equipment and deepening the application of live detection and online monitoring technologies, which provide an important technical reference for the construction quality control and operation management of high-voltage cables.
