  • 摘要: 文章依托山区110 kV输电线路工程实例,优化杆塔基础差异化施工、窄幅场地铁塔组立工艺,引入无人机导引张力架线技术,同步配套山地防雷接地优化与全过程质量安全管控体系。工程实践证明:该成套技术有效破解复杂地形施工瓶颈,降低人工作业风险,显著提升施工效率与工程成型质量,可为同类复杂地形输电线路工程施工与质量管控提供可靠工程借鉴与技术参考。

     

    Abstract: Based on a mountainous 110 kV transmission line project, this paper optimizes differentiated construction of tower foundations and tower erection technology for narrow sites. It also introduces UAV-guided tension stringing technology and establishes supporting measures for mountain lightning protection grounding optimization and whole-process quality and safety control. Engineering practice shows that this complete set of technologies effectively solves construction bottlenecks under complex terrain conditions, reduces manual operation risks, and significantly improves construction efficiency and project quality. The proposed technologies provide reliable engineering experience and technical reference for the construction and quality control of similar transmission line projects under complex terrain conditions.
