Theoretical Analysis and Troubleshooting Method for Control Circuit Disconnection Faults in 10 kV Switchgear

  • 摘要: 10 kV开关柜控制回路断线易引发开关拒分拒合,严重威胁电网安全与供电可靠性。文章以VS1型手车开关为研究对象,在阐明断线原理的基础上,剖析分合闸线圈损坏、储能回路异常、辅助开关故障及接线松动等主要诱因,提出“先外部后内部、按故障概率由高到低”的系统化排查方法,并结合PCB板接线给出便捷测点选择方案,为检修人员快速处置故障提供技术支撑。

     

    Abstract: Disconnection faults in the control circuit of 10 kV switchgear can easily cause circuit breakers to fail to trip or close, seriously threatening power grid security and power supply reliability. Taking the VS1 type withdrawable circuit breaker as the research object, this paper analyzes the principle of control circuit disconnection, identifies major causes such as damage to trip and closing coils, abnormalities in the spring charging circuit, auxiliary switch faults, and loose wiring, and proposes a systematic troubleshooting method that proceeds from external to internal components in descending order of fault probability. In addition, a convenient measuring point selection scheme based on PCB wiring is provided, offering technical support for maintenance personnel to rapidly handle faults.
