输电线路缺陷主动发现模式下无人机智能巡检技术实践

Practical Application of UAV-based Intelligent Inspection Technology for Active Defect Discovery on Transmission Lines

  • 摘要: 传统输电线路巡检中,发现缺陷主要依赖人工经验,存在巡检效率不高、重点部位覆盖不足、隐患排查不及时等问题。为提升输电线路缺陷主动发现能力,文章提出一种无人机智能巡检技术。该技术通过优化标准化作业流程,构建典型缺陷巡检场景,制定差异化巡检策略,实现了对导线、地线、绝缘子、金具及通道隐患的主动排查。结合现场应用情况,从作业效率和缺陷识别成效两方面进行分析,验证了该技术的实用性和工程应用价值。

     

    Abstract: In traditional transmission line inspection, defect discovery mainly depends on manual experience, resulting in low inspection efficiency, insufficient coverage of key parts, and delayed identification of hidden hazards. To improve the active defect discovery capability of transmission lines, this paper proposes a UAV-based intelligent inspection technology. This technology optimizes standardized operation procedures, constructs typical defect inspection scenarios, and formulates differentiated inspection strategies. It enables active inspection of conductors, ground wires, insulators, fittings, and line corridor hazards. Based on field application, this paper analyzes the technology in terms of operation efficiency and defect identification performance, and verifies its practicality and engineering application value.
