风电富集地区独立储能电站接入电网电压等级实例分析

Case Study on the Grid Integration Voltage Level of an Independent Energy Storage Station in a Wind Rich Region

  • 摘要: 目前,独立储能电站已进入快速发展阶段,其在接入电网过程中面临着复杂多样的场景。文章分析了一项风电富集地区独立储能电站接入电网电压等级实例,针对风电富集、负荷规模较小的某县电网,系统性考虑区域源-网-荷-储实际情况,基于电力平衡分析和峰谷分时电价运行分析,利用储能电站全年充放电次数和电网N − 1故障下主变负载率指标,从安全性、经济性和系统发展角度综合分析了一项100 MW功率的独立储能电站接入电网电压等级问题,可为类似案例的储能电站接入系统设计提供借鉴。

     

    Abstract: Independent energy storage stations are in a stage of rapid development and face complex and diverse scenarios when connected to the power grid. This paper analyzes a case of the grid integration voltage level of an independent energy storage station in a wind rich region. Focusing on a county power grid characterized by abundant wind power and a relatively small load scale, the study systematically considers the actual conditions of regional source, grid, load, and energy storage. Based on power balance analysis and operation analysis under peak valley time of use electricity prices, and using indicators such as the annual number of charging and discharging cycles of the energy storage station and the main transformer loading rate under N − 1 contingencies, the grid integration voltage level of a 100 MW independent energy storage station is comprehensively analyzed from the perspectives of safety, economy, and power system development. This analysis can provide a reference for the grid integration system design of energy storage stations in similar cases.
