Abstract:
To address the problems of poor thermal insulation and heat dissipation, low dehumidification efficiency, high energy consumption, and large land occupation in traditional outdoor switch stations, this study designs an outdoor switchgear cubicle based on photovoltaic power generation and intelligent temperature and humidity control. The enclosure is made of 304 stainless steel and has an IP55 protection rating. A photovoltaic system is integrated on the top to achieve both self-supply of power and thermal insulation. Graded cooling and semiconductor active dehumidification strategies are adopted, and the equipment layout is optimized to realize compact and intensive installation. Type tests and field measurements show that the device can reduce the temperature by 7 to 11 °C, stabilize the humidity at about 60% RH, and occupy only one third of the land area of traditional switch stations. The construction period and cost are significantly reduced, indicating good engineering application value.
