Abstract: This paper explores the security risks and challenges faced by power grids in the context of the new power system, summarizes typical experiences of local power grid companies across China, and proposes countermeasures and suggestions for power grid security decision making based on the actual development of power grids, with the aim of providing a reference for power grid security governance under the new power system.
