Abstract:
To address the pain points such as fragmented operation and distribution data, weak edge perception capability, and low efficiency of passive emergency repair in rural power distribution networks, this paper proposes a full-perception technology scheme for operation and distribution integration in rural distribution areas based on the State Grid Chip intelligent fusion terminal. A four-layer technical architecture of "perception-transmission-platform-application" is constructed, and a secure interaction mechanism based on distribution automation APN and national cryptographic algorithms is designed. Furthermore, edge computing APPs are utilized to realize homologous cleaning of operation and distribution data, dynamic topology identification of transformer-line-user relations, and phase-level lean line loss calculation. The practical application in 3506 distribution areas shows that the average line loss rate has dropped to 2.38%, the accuracy of operation and distribution archives has reached 100%, and annual repair work orders have decreased by 31.58%. Moreover, multiple cases of hidden electricity theft have been successfully detected. This application provides a reliable technical path for the high-quality development of rural distribution networks.
