Abstract:
To address the issues of grid reverse flow and power quality degradation caused by the increasing penetration of distributed photovoltaic systems in certain regions, this paper develops a rapid-response intelligent module designed to prevent reverse current in distributed photovoltaic systems. The module focuses on research and design in rapid acquisition and transmission of key electrical parameters in distributed photovoltaic scenarios, as well as multi-mode communication networking solutions. It achieves rapid detection and calculation of electrical parameters within 100 ms, supports multiple communication methods such as RS-485, and enables installation without power outage and contactless debugging. Designed in accordance with national standards and industry regulations, the module can be integrated with photovoltaic inverters and energy management systems to achieve dynamic closed-loop regulation. When reverse current exceeds the rated output by 5%, it promptly triggers protective actions to effectively prevent grid reverse flow. Practical application cases demonstrate that this module significantly reduces voltage quality issues caused by power flow reversal and enhances the management level of photovoltaic systems in distribution networks.
