输电线路电子识别标记的研制

Development of an Electronic Identification Marker for Transmission Lines

  • 摘要: 为了解决高压输电线路停电检修施工时,作业人员误登带电杆塔或带电侧导致触电的行业痛点,文章设计了一种输电线路电子识别标记,能够实现在作业人员进入正确的登塔范围时自动发出登塔提示。装置分为显示单元、定位单元、控制单元、提示单元、通信单元、供电单元、固定单元7个部分。文章综合考虑可靠性、便携性、安全性等需求,对各个部分进行了设计和选型,并开展了一系列实验进行验证。现场实验结果表明,装置精度可以保证在作业人员进入目标塔腿2 m范围内时正确发出登塔提示,且不发生误报,有力保障了施工人员的作业安全。

     

    Abstract: To address the practical problem of electric shock caused by workers mistakenly climbing energized towers or the energized side during outage maintenance of high voltage transmission lines, this paper designs an electronic identification marker for transmission lines. The marker can automatically issue a tower climbing prompt when workers enter the designated tower climbing area. The device consists of seven parts: a display unit, a positioning unit, a control unit, a prompt unit, a communication unit, a power supply unit, and a fixing unit. Considering the requirements of reliability, portability, and safety, this paper designs and selects each part and conducts a series of experiments for verification. Field test results show that the device can correctly issue a tower climbing prompt when workers enter the area within 2 m of the target tower leg, without false alarms, thereby effectively ensuring the operational safety of construction personnel.
