二次回路误接线致零序畸变机理与反措

Mechanism and Countermeasures for Zero-sequence Distortion Caused by Miswiring in Secondary Circuits

  • 摘要: 文章以某变电站主变跳闸事件为切入点,从电气原理、保护逻辑、监测系统及作业流程等方面,分析了电压互感器二次回路接线错误导致零序电压畸变进而引发多台主变保护误动的过程。分析表明,现行作业体系中存在零序电压“自产”与“外接”监测分离、关键工序缺少防误闭锁、状态信息融合度低等技术短板。为此,构建了覆盖“作业前风险预防、作业中实时校验、送电前主动探测、运行中智能监测”4个环节的反措体系,以提升二次回路作业本质安全水平和系统状态感知能力。

     

    Abstract: Taking a main transformer trip event in a substation as the entry point, this paper analyzes the process in which wiring errors in the voltage transformer secondary circuit cause zero-sequence voltage distortion and further lead to maloperation of multiple main transformer protections, covering electrical principle, protection logic, monitoring system, and operation procedure. The analysis reveals technical deficiencies in the current operation system, including separate monitoring of internally generated and externally introduced zero-sequence voltage, lack of anti-misoperation locking for key procedures, and low integration of state information. Therefore, a countermeasure system covering four links, namely pre-operation risk prevention, real-time verification during operation, active detection before energization, and intelligent monitoring during operation, is constructed to improve the intrinsic safety level of secondary circuit operation and the system state perception capability.
