Abstract:
This paper proposes an integrated mitigation system combining intelligent detection, dynamic voltage compensation, and disturbance free soft start. The system reconstructs the original single phase power supply into a two phase input and adopts a closed loop control strategy centered on a Raspberry Pi to collect voltage, current, and leakage current signals in real time. It drives solid state relays to dynamically adjust the taps of the compensation transformer, ensuring that the user side voltage remains within the national standard range of 220 V ± 10% specified in GB/T 12325-2008. The test results show that, under a wide input voltage range of 130 V to 300 V, the system achieves significant compensation performance, the output voltage waveform has no distortion, and the system provides overcurrent and leakage current protection. This study provides a reliable, economical, and easily applicable technical solution for low voltage problems in rural distribution networks with long supply distances and small conductor cross sections.
