Abstract:
To address the requirement for busbar shutdown and associated line outages when performing maintenance on switchgear bays with circuit breaker control circuit opens, this paper proposes a wireless emergency trip device for cabinet circuit breakers. First, the device is fixed on the transfer trolley by a pole-mounted magnetic base. Next, a laser positioning device is used to accurately position the slide module and telescopic module on the trip button of the switch panel. Finally, the direct-contact functional module presses the trip button under wireless remote control to realize emergency tripping. Test results show that the wireless emergency trip device for cabinet circuit breakers can effectively realize emergency tripping of the circuit breaker without busbar outage or line outage, thereby improving equipment maintenance efficiency and power grid supply reliability.
