无线柜用断路器紧急分闸装置

Wireless Emergency Trip Device for Cabinet Circuit Breakers

  • 摘要: 文章针对开关柜断路器因控制回路断线须对该间隔开展检修时,须母线停役及线路陪停的问题,提出一种无线柜用断路器紧急分闸装置。该装置首先通过立杆磁吸固定底座稳固地固定在转运手车上,其次利用激光定位装置,使滑台模组与伸缩模块精准对准开关面板上的分闸按钮,最后通过直接接触式功能模块在无线远程控制作用下成功按下分闸按钮,实现紧急分闸。试验结果表明,该无线柜用断路器紧急分闸装置可有效实现断路器的紧急分闸,无须母线停役及线路陪停,提高了设备检修效率和电网供电可靠性。

     

    Abstract: To address the requirement for busbar shutdown and associated line outages when performing maintenance on switchgear bays with circuit breaker control circuit opens, this paper proposes a wireless emergency trip device for cabinet circuit breakers. First, the device is fixed on the transfer trolley by a pole-mounted magnetic base. Next, a laser positioning device is used to accurately position the slide module and telescopic module on the trip button of the switch panel. Finally, the direct-contact functional module presses the trip button under wireless remote control to realize emergency tripping. Test results show that the wireless emergency trip device for cabinet circuit breakers can effectively realize emergency tripping of the circuit breaker without busbar outage or line outage, thereby improving equipment maintenance efficiency and power grid supply reliability.
