三相三线表在单相保险熔断时的临时接线处理方法

Study on the Temporary Wire Connection Method for a Three-phase Three-wire Electricity Meter under Single-phase Insurance Fuse Blowing

  • 摘要: 针对三相三线表因电压互感器一次侧单相保险熔断导致无法正常计量,且无法立即更换保险的情况,文章提出一种通过临时更改电能表接线、利用正常相电压与电流实现正常计量的方法。该方法无须停电,操作简便,可有效避免因电能表长时间失压引发的计量纠纷,为处理电能表失压故障提供了一种可行的解决方案。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the situation that the three-phase three-wire meter cannot be measured normally due to Single-phase fuse blown on the primary side of the voltage transformer, and the insurance cannot be replaced as soon as possible, a method of temporarily changing the wiring of the electric energy meter to realize the normal measurement of the electric energy is proposed. This method uses the existing normal voltage and current to achieve normal measurement of the electric energy meter without power outage. In practical application, it effectively prevents metering disputes arising from prolonged voltage loss of the electric energy meter. It also provides a feasible approach for handling voltage loss faults of electric energy meters.
