通渭县电网承载力评估及新能源并网策略研究

Study on Power Grid Carrying Capacity Evaluation and New Energy Grid-Connection Strategy in Tongwei County

  • 摘要: 通渭县虽风光资源禀赋优越,但现有电网承载力严重不足,被列为分布式光伏接入“红色区域”。文章聚焦该县高比例新能源接入背景下的县域电网承载力问题,深入剖析其电网承载力的现状与约束机理,科学评估其根源在于“源荷时空错配”。提出一套与电网改造、调节能力建设、负荷增长相协同的新能源开发时序方案与并网改造计划,将承载力从当前的“安全约束”转化为未来“发展的序参量”,为通渭县乃至同类地区构建安全、经济、绿色的县域新型电力系统提供系统的理论支撑与实践路径。

     

    Abstract: Tongwei County has superior wind and solar resources, but its power grid carrying capacity is severely insufficient, making it a Red Area for distributed PV integration. This paper examines the carrying capacity of county grid under the high proportion of renewable energy integrations, analyzes its current status and constraint mechanisms caused by spatiotemporal source-load mismatch. It proposes a renewable energy development sequencing and grid integration plan coordinated with grid upgrades, regulation capability construction, and load growth, transforming carrying capacity from safety constraints into order parameters. This provides theoretical support and practical pathways for building a safe, economical, and green county-level new type power system in Tongwei County and similar regions.
