Abstract:
To promote renewable energy accommodation and accurately quantify the environmental value of different power generation forms, this paper focuses on the heterogeneous environmental value attributes of grey and green electricity. Under the principle of "green electricity priority", an optimal dispatch model for park virtual power plants is constructed with the objectives of minimizing economic costs, optimizing environmental impacts, and maximizing green electricity accommodation. The nondominated sorting genetic algorithm II (NSGA II) is used to solve the optimal dispatch model. The model is verified using actual data from a demonstration park virtual power plant system. The results show that the proposed strategy reduces the environmental cost of the park virtual power plant, improves its green electricity accommodation capability, and enhances ecological environmental protection.
