Abstract:
The release and implementation of the 2025 "Measures for the Administration of the Development and Construction of Distributed Photovoltaic plants" mark a new phase in the deployment of distributed photovoltaic (PV) plants. To effectively advance such projects in this new era, optimizing the design of distributed PV stations has become essential. This optimization ensures that stations not only comply with the latest policy requirements but also meet the technical and economic benchmarks under the new regulatory framework. By exploring and refining key design aspects, this paper provides a reference for enhancing project returns and adapting to the development demands of this new period.
