基于地区电网稳定的新能源装机评估分析

Evaluation and Analysis of New Energy Installed Capacity Based on Regional Power Grid Stability

  • 摘要: 文章围绕新能源装机规模与消纳能力的匹配关系,采用约束条件设定法、调峰-消纳平衡法、场景分级与敏感性分析法,建议结合边界校验开展系统测算,综合考虑消纳与平衡,优先锁定适中型场景7∶3配比,保障性并网规模15 GW保持不变。短期通过优化储能运行策略、火电调峰曲线释放10%~15%装机余量;中期推进储能建设、火电灵活性升级、外送通道扩容,逐步向扩展上限扩容;长期新增抽水蓄能与需求侧响应资源,适配负荷增长与新能源装机扩容需求。

     

    Abstract: This study focuses on the matching relationship between new energy installed capacity and accommodation capacity, and adopts the constraint setting method, the peak regulation and accommodation balance method, and scenario classification and sensitivity analysis. It is suggested that system calculations should be conducted in combination with boundary verification, comprehensively considering consumption and balance. The moderate scenario ratio of 7:3 should be prioritized for locking, and the guaranteed grid connection scale of 15 GW should remain unchanged. In the short term, 10% to 15% of installed capacity margin can be released by optimizing energy storage operation strategies and thermal power peak regulation curves. In the medium term, energy storage construction, flexibility upgrades of thermal power units, and expansion of outgoing transmission channels should be promoted to gradually expand toward the upper limit. In the long term, pumped storage and demand side response resources should be added to adapt to load growth and the expansion demand for new energy installed capacity.
