地下变电站防汛能力综合提升措施研究

Research on Comprehensive Measures for Enhancing Flood Prevention Capabilities of Underground Substations

  • 摘要: 地下变电站所处地势低洼,容易进水且排水困难,一旦被淹可能造成区域停电的严重后果,防汛措施不容有失。文章简要分析了地下站的防汛特点,系统总结了近年来技术进步和实践积累所取得的成果,在预警监测、外围阻水、内部排水、应急补强等方面,归纳了一整套地下站的“四位一体”防汛体系,能够指导相关的防汛工作,保障变电站平安度过汛期。

     

    Abstract: Underground substations in low-lying areas are prone to water ingress, difficult drainage, and severe regional power outages from flooding. Therefore, flood prevention measures must be reliable. This paper briefly analyzes the flood prevention characteristics of underground substations, systematically summarizes the achievements gained from recent technological advancements and practical experience, and summarizes a comprehensive "four-in-one" flood prevention system for underground substations covering early warning monitoring, external water blocking, internal drainage, and emergency reinforcement. This system can guide relevant flood prevention work and ensure the safe and stable operation of substations during the flood season.
