Abstract:
Addressing the issues of low management efficiency, imprecise authority control, lack of operational traceability, and inability to adapt to intelligent operation and maintenance requirements in traditional distribution network equipment mechanical locks, this paper develops a direct-connection control intelligent lock system based on the "i State Grid". The system consists of a high-strength stainless steel intelligent lock body, an embedded coding chip, a low-power communication module, and the "Smart Lock" mobile application integrated into the "i State Grid" platform. Through an innovative account and authority management mechanism, it achieves precise binding and remote control of intelligent locks within the jurisdiction. Testing and application results show that the lock lifespan exceeds 10 years, with no need for battery replacement throughout its lifetime. The forced destruction force is greater than 1000 N, and the unlock response time is less than 1.5 s. The system exhibits high reliability and safety in scenarios including distribution room door locks and meter box locks, and it significantly improves safety control level as well as operation and maintenance efficiency for distribution network equipment.
