智能变电站二次回路故障预警及诊断研究

Research on the Warning and Diagnosis of Secondary Circuit Faults in Intelligent Substations

  • 摘要: 智能变电站二次回路采用光纤数字传输,其“虚回路”特性导致物理连接不透明,故障排查困难。文章提出一种智能预警与故障诊断方法,该方法首先对过程层交换机、IED及光缆等物理实体建模,构建完整物理链路拓扑;其次,通过解析SCD文件,将逻辑虚回路精准映射至物理拓扑,形成虚实融合的全景视图;最后,建立基于多源信息关联分析的诊断模型,利用装置上送的链路告警与实时通信状态,结合虚实拓扑的耦合关系,实现对故障物理节点的概率化排序与精准定位。工程应用表明,该方法无需额外硬件,可显著提升运维效率。

     

    Abstract: The secondary circuit of the intelligent substation adopts fiber optic digital transmission, and its "virtual circuit" characteristics result in opaque physical connections, making fault diagnosis difficult. Therefore, this article proposes an intelligent warning and fault diagnosis method. This method first models physical entities such as process layer switches, IEDs, and optical cables to construct a complete physical link topology; Secondly, by parsing the SCD file, the logical virtual circuit is accurately mapped to the physical topology, forming a panoramic view of virtual real fusion; Furthermore, a diagnostic model based on multi-source information correlation analysis is established, which utilizes the link alarms and real-time communication status sent by the device, combined with the coupling relationship between virtual and real topology, to achieve probabilistic sorting and accurate positioning of faulty physical nodes. Engineering applications have shown that this method does not require additional hardware and can significantly improve operational efficiency.
