基于三维WebGIS的智慧电网规划管理平台设计与实现

Design and Implementation of an Intelligent Power Grid Planning Management Platform Based on 3D WebGIS

  • 摘要: 为有效应对电网规划与城市规划协同不足、数据整合困难等现实挑战,文章设计并实现了基于三维WebGIS的智慧电网规划管理平台。该平台具备多源空间数据的集成管理、三维可视化分析能力,支持电网数据分析、负荷预测及规划评估等核心功能,显著提升了规划工作的效率与决策的科学性,为实现电网与城市规划的有机协同、推动电网布局的科学化与可持续发展提供了可靠的技术支撑。

     

    Abstract: To effectively address practical challenges such as insufficient coordination between power grid planning and urban planning, as well as difficulties in data integration, this paper designs and implements a smart power grid planning management platform based on three-dimensional(3D) WebGIS. This platform integrates multi-source spatial data management with 3D visualization capabilities, supporting core functions such as power grid data analysis, load forecasting, and planning evaluation. It significantly enhances planning efficiency and decision-making rigor, providing reliable technical support for achieving organic synergy between power grid and urban planning while advancing the scientific and sustainable development of power grid layout.
