Abstract:
To ensure the installation and operation of substations, this study investigates the installation and commissioning construction technology of relay protection equipment in 110 kV substations. According to standards, equipotential grounding copper bars for substation relay protection equipment are laid, with high-voltage switchgear used as an example for adjusting and fixing installation positions. The busbar joint connection method is designed, followed by busbar connection and secondary wiring commissioning. An automated debugging scheme for relay protection equipment is developed with the aid of automatic testing tools. Practical results demonstrate that the proposed method not only ensures equipment installation position deviations remain within allowable limits but also achieves electrical insulation, with insulation resistance meeting design value requirements.
