Abstract:
In response to the problems of complex preparatory work, long operation time, significant influence by weather and terrain, and extremely high physical and technical requirements for operators in the operation and maintenance of transmission lines in high-altitude and complex terrain areas, such as the installation and replacement of interval bars, shockproof hammers, and conductor repair, a flat ladder type overhead mobile platform has been developed. For defect points such as medium-phase conductors that are difficult for soft ladders to reach, operators can fix one end of the platform to the iron tower and connect the other end to the conductor to form an operation channel for defect elimination. The entire process only takes 1 hour to complete operations such as bolt and pin replacement, and the combination gap distance can be strictly controlled to meet safety standards. This platform can adapt to various operation requirements of tensile towers and straight towers. Its simple structure and strong adaptability provide important equipment support for the improvement of the smart grid operation and maintenance system.
