平梯式架空移动平台在输电线路作业中的研究与应用

Research and Application of a Flat Ladder Aerial Mobile Platform in Transmission Line Operations

  • 摘要: 针对高海拔、地形复杂地区输电线路运维作业,如安装更换间隔棒、防震锤、修补导线等作业,传统方法准备工作复杂、作业时间长,受天气和地形影响大,对作业人员体能和技术要求极高的问题,研制了一种平梯式架空移动平台。针对中相导线等软梯难以抵达的缺陷点位,作业人员可将平台一端固定于铁塔、另一端连接导线形成作业通道开展消缺,全过程仅需1 h即可完成螺栓、销钉补装等操作,且能严格控制组合间隙距离满足以安全规范。该平台可适配耐张杆塔与直线杆塔的多种作业需求,其结构简单、适配性强的特点,为智能电网运维体系的完善提供了重要装备支撑。

     

    Abstract: In response to the problems of complex preparatory work, long operation time, significant influence by weather and terrain, and extremely high physical and technical requirements for operators in the operation and maintenance of transmission lines in high-altitude and complex terrain areas, such as the installation and replacement of interval bars, shockproof hammers, and conductor repair, a flat ladder type overhead mobile platform has been developed. For defect points such as medium-phase conductors that are difficult for soft ladders to reach, operators can fix one end of the platform to the iron tower and connect the other end to the conductor to form an operation channel for defect elimination. The entire process only takes 1 hour to complete operations such as bolt and pin replacement, and the combination gap distance can be strictly controlled to meet safety standards. This platform can adapt to various operation requirements of tensile towers and straight towers. Its simple structure and strong adaptability provide important equipment support for the improvement of the smart grid operation and maintenance system.
