0.4 kV快装式小型化单相旁路开关的研制

Development of a 0.4 kV Quick-Installation Miniaturized Single-Phase Bypass Switch

  • 摘要: 针对0.4 kV低压配网运维中传统旁路开关体积大、质量重、安装烦琐、单相作业场景适配性差等问题,提出0.4 kV快装式小型化单相旁路开关设计方案。文章采用“模块化设计 + 智能监控”的技术路径,完成本体小型化、轻量化、快装结构、智能监控等模块的研制。该开关适用于低压单相带电作业,为低压配网不停电作业提供新的解决方案。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problems of traditional bypass switches in 0.4 kV low-voltage distribution network operation and maintenance, such as large volume, heavy weight, cumbersome installation, and poor adaptability to single-phase operation scenarios, a design scheme of a 0.4 kV quick-installation miniaturized single-phase bypass switch is proposed. This scheme adopts the technical path of "modular design and intelligent monitoring" to complete the development of modules including miniaturization, lightweight, quick-installation structure, and intelligent monitoring. The switch is suitable for low-voltage single-phase live working and provides a new solution for live-line work in low-voltage distribution networks.
