Abstract:
The proposed project is located in a hilly area with significant terrain fluctuations, where the maximum natural elevation difference reaches 50 meters. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze and design the slope based on the natural geographical and engineering geological conditions of the project. This study employs the Bishop method to analyze the stability of three types of slopes, which are cut sections, fill sections, and natural slopes, and concludes that slope support is essential for the proposed project. Based on the severity of potential slope instability, slope type, and slope height, the safety level of the slope in this project is determined as Grade I. Through the selection analysis of slope support systems and anchor systems, different support types are proposed for cut sections, fill sections, and natural slopes, thereby reducing project costs.
