配电变压器低压侧合闸涌流成因及抑制方法研究

Research on the Cause Analysis and Suppression Methods for Closing Inrush Current at Low-voltage Side of Distribution Transformers

  • 摘要: 针对配电变压器低压侧合闸过程中的典型涌流问题,文章围绕铁心剩磁残留、合闸相位偏差与低阻回路放电成因,提出反向脉冲磁化消除、相位角同步控制与回路初态限流单元配置的抑制方法,并搭建100 kV·A实验平台进行波形采集与关键指标比对。测试结果表明,各方法在峰值电流与持续时间方面均具削弱成效,具备明确的适用对象与实际工程推广价值。

     

    Abstract: To address the typical inrush current problem during low-voltage side energization of distribution transformers, this paper analyzes the main causes, including residual core magnetization, closing phase-angle deviation, and current discharge through a low-resistance loop. It proposes suppression methods based on reverse-pulse demagnetization, phase-angle synchronization control, and the configuration of an initial-state current-limiting unit. A 100 kV·A experimental platform is established to acquire waveforms and compare key performance indicators. The test results show that all these methods effectively suppress the peak current and duration. Each method has a clear scope of application and practical value for engineering deployment.
